SOMERSET, N.J. – Senior Caitlin Bolen and freshman Kenna Kaut of the Bryant University women's lacrosse team earned Northeast Conference weekly honors, as announced Monday by the conference office.

Bolen earned NEC Co-Offensive Player of the Week honors after she accumulated 11 goals this past week in just two games. On Wednesday, April 21, Bolen erupted for six goals off eight shots on goal to help Bryant defeat Merrimack, 19-7. Later that week, Bolen netted five goals on Senior Day off eight shots in a 22-3 triumph over Central Connecticut. Bolen currently leads the NEC scoring 3.30 goals per game and ranks 37th nationally.

Kaut had herself a career week as she netted her first pair of goals as a Bulldog. Against Merrimack, Kaut's two goals and one assist was the first of her career and went along with two caused turnovers. On Saturday against Central Connecticut, the rookie netted two goals, two assists, and two ground balls.

Giana Kapoosuzian, Devon Bolen, and Cassidy Burns all earned NEC Prime Performer nods.

The Bulldogs close out the regular season in Smithfield this Wednesday, April 28 at 3 p.m. when they host LIU.
