Bulldogs Look For Sixth Straight Win Friday Night

SMITHFIELD, R.I.- The Bryant women's lacrosse team will return home to Beirne Stadium this Friday night, taking on Saint Francis U. The Bulldogs will look to extend their winning streak to six games and remain undefeated in NEC play when they take on the Red Flash at 7 p.m.

Bulldog Notes and Notables

• Bryant tied a single game program record with 22 goals in their win over Howard on Saturday. It was the third time in the D-I era that the Bulldogs have scored that many in a game.

• Skylar Simmonds led the attack against the Bison, scoring six times. She and Kenna Kaut are the top scoring duo in the NEC, both averaging more than three goals per game.

• The Bulldogs have now had 18 different players score a goal this season after Brooke Blanche, Claudia Bonaventura, and Madison Henry each netted their first of the season on Saturday.

Scouting the Red Flash

• SFU comes into Friday's game with a 4-9 overall record, 1-4 in NEC play. Their lone conference win came March 30 against Howard.

• Player to Watch: Senior midfielder Autumn McHenry leads the Red Flash and is third in the NEC with 31 total goals. She is also the team leader with 15 assists.

• Bryant has a 12-0 record all-time against SFU. Their last matchup was a 14-12 Bulldog win in Smithfield last April.
