Coach Bigg's Comments

"I thought we played a very good first half today. Our defense was tough and coordinated. We were calm on the ball and created some excellent opportunities. In the second half, we were not as good in possession but still worked quite hard on defense. Our response to going a goal down was very good. We created two very good chances in the final minutes, and their goalkeeper made an excellent save from point-blank to keep the game from going into overtime".

 Key Moment
  •  The Riverhawks scored the first and only goal of the game with five minutes left.

Scoring Summary

  • 85th minute - UMass Lowell 1, Bryant 0 - The forward from UMass Lowell shot the ball to the left of the Bryant goalie's outstretched arm.
