SMITHFIELD, R.I.- The Bryant women's volleyball team is back at home tomorrow night, as they return to NEC play against Merrimack.

Bulldog Notes and Notables

  • Caroline Kennedy has been on a hot streak, totaling 38 kills and 14 blocks over the last three matches. Her .667 attack percentage against Rhode Island was the third best in Bryant's Division I era.

  • Aubrey Lapour had 14 kills and a .423 attack percentage in her first career start against URI. She is the only freshman to record double digit kills in a match for the Bulldogs this year.

  • Alysa Wright posted four blocks against URI, bringing her season total to an NEC high 76. She is also on pace to break Bryant's Division I record for attack percentage in a season, with a current mark of .314.

Scouting the Warriors

  • Merrimack is 0-18 this season (0-4 NEC).

  • Player to Watch: Senior outside hitter/defensive specialist Brooke Leetsma leads the Warriors with 95 kills and 113 digs. She is also second on the team with 16 service aces.

  • Bryant is 39-1 all-time against Merrimack (4-0 D-I), including a 16 match winning streak dating to 1999. The Bulldogs have not dropped a set to the Warriors in their four matchups as Division I opponents.
