Bulldogs Picked Third in America East Preseason Poll

BOSTON, MA- The Bryant women's volleyball team has been ranked in a tie for third in the America East Preseason Poll. The Bulldogs are tied with New Hampshire, with both teams receiving one first-place vote.

UMBC, winner of the last two conference titles, was ranked number one, receiving four first-place votes. Last year's runner-up UAlbany was ranked second, followed by the Bulldogs and Wildcats. Binghamton and NJIT rounded out the poll in fifth and sixth.

Last season's Northeast Conference regular season champions, Bryant will open conference play against the top-ranked Retrievers in Baltimore on October 1.
