At Roger Williams, he was named Team Rookie of the Year during the 1991-92 season, ranking 9th in the NCAA in blocks per game. After graduating from Rhode Island College in 1996, Martinous spent stints as the East Providence High School Assistant Varsity/JV Boys head coach and the EP Assistant Varsity girls head coach where he was a part of four state titles. "Keith has such a vast knowledge of the game and has a passion for both playing and coaching," said Garlacy. "He will bring a wide variety of coaching experience to Bryant."
"His love for the game and love of sharing it with others will bring balance and enthusiasm to the coaching staff. "
