As a senior (2021)
Competed in both meets during the shortened 2021 season as one of Bryant’s top runners … Finished fifth overall out of 28 total runners at the Bryant Invitational (5K) with a time of 16:05.5 … Was the second Bryant finisher at the NEC Championship (8K) with a PR of 26:15.5 for a 17^th-place finish.

As a junior (2019)
Competed in two meets for the Black and Gold … Set a personal-best at the Nassaney Invitational with a time of 27:15.8 … NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

As a sophomore (2018)
Ran in five out of seven meets during the fall season ... Ran a season-best time of 27:52.2 at the Vermont Fall Foliage ... Posted his best finish at the Ted Owens Invitational finishing 26th with a time of 28:41.5. 

As a freshman (2017)
Did not compete during the cross country season.

A four-year varsity letterwinner in indoor/outdoor track and field and a three-year varsity letterwinner in cross country at Bergen Catholic ... Named New Balance All-American in the 4xmile as a senior ... Earned First team All-League in cross country and Second Team All-League in the 3200m in indoor track as a senior ... Second Team All-League in cross country and Second Team All-League in the 3200m in indoor track as a junior ...
