As a graduate (2022)
Opened season by finishing second at the Nassaney Invitational ... Ran an 8K PR of 25:50.5 at New Englands ... Placed 67th at the America East Championships ... Ran a 10K PR of 32:07.0 at the NCAA Northeast Championships.

As a senior (2021)
Competed in six meets during the fall 2021 season... Was the Bulldogs' top finisher at the NEICAAA Championships with a personal best 8k time of 26:31.7... Was also team's leading finisher at two other meets, including a personal best 5k of 15:13.3 at the CCSU Mini Meet and a 7th place overall finish at the Vermont Fall Foliage Invite. Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.

As a junior (2020-21)
Competed in both meets during the shortened 2021 season … Finished third out of 28 runners at the Bryant Invitational (5K) with a time of 15:50.5 … Posted a personal-best time of 26:17.1 at the NEC Championship (8K) and finished 18^th overall out of 60 total runners.

As a sophomore (2019)
Ran in six meets for the Black and Gold as a sophomore … Ran to a personal-best at the NEICAAA Championship with a time of 27:18.0 … Finished 61^st at the NEC Championship with a time of 28:46.5 … NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

As a freshman (2018)
Ran in two races for the Bulldogs ... Finished 25th with a time of 30:28.1 at the Shawn M. Nassaney Memorial Invitational ... Finished 59th at the Ted Owens Invitational with a time of 31:03.4. 

Before Bryant: Four-year member of the cross country and track teams ... Holds the school record in the 1000m and 4x800 relay ... Named Patriot League All-Star as a junior and senior.
