Dontae Lunan attends NCAA Career in Sports Forum

INDIANAPOLIS -- Bryant Football rising senior Dontae Lunan recently attended the NCAA Career in Sports Forum in Indianapolis. Lunan was one of 200 student-athletes selected out of over 1,000 nominations.

The three-day event took place June 1-4 and brought together student-athletes from all across the country.

The forum allows attendees to network with peers and decision-makers at the campus, conference and national level of college athletics.  Content will meet the following program objectives:

  • Educate participants on how personal strengths intersect with career opportunities.
  • Provide participants with tangible experiences that will push them forward in their aspiration for a career in sports.
  • Explore professional and career development strategies to help the transition to a career in the sports industry.
  • Learn about the role of an intercollegiate coach, athletics administrator and national governing body staff member.

"I had the incredible opportunity to represent Bryant University, attending the NCAA Career in Sports Forum, and I can't express how amazing the experience was," Lunan said. "From the insightful panels to the inspiring speakers, this event truly opened my eyes to the vast and dynamic world of careers in the sports industry. The forum provided me with the privilege of immersing myself in the vibrant sports culture."
