2007 Season Outlook: Strong defensive player and middle of the lineup hitter. Will be a key to the Bulldog's offense in 2007.

As a Junior: Led team in hitting with a .246 batting average, knocking in 10 RBI's and scoring 14 runs. Led team with a .310 on-base percentage. Three-year starter for the Bulldogs at first base. Went 3-9 with an RBI and run scored in double-header against Bentley. Registered 476 putouts while committing just six errors for the season. Again a member of the Bryant Basketball team this winter.

As a Sophomore: All-Conference selection second straight season. Started 42 games and had a team high 173 at-bats. Drove in 24 RBI, third best on team. Recorded 412 putouts and 18 assits while only committing five errors. Member of Bryant's basketball team this winter.

As a Freshman: All-Conference selection and Northeast-10 Conference Freshman of the Year. Started in 53 games at first base. Went 2-for-4 with three RBIs and a triple in NCAA Regional vs. Caldwell. 3-for-4 with pair of runs scored in Regional opener vs. Dowling. Homered vs. Saint Andrews. School record 483 putouts at first. Committed just five errors all season.

Before Bryant: Mike is a 2003 graduate of Tewksbury Memorial High School who lettered and was a Captain in football, basketball, and baseball. He was a three-year starter earning MVC All-Star, All-Conference, and Lowell Sun 1st Team All-Star honors in each of those three sports. Mike was part of the Tewksbury Memorial HS baseball team that won three consecutive MVC Championships. He won the Tewksbury Memorial High School 2003 Coaches Award and was named Tewksbury HS 2003 Male Athlete of the Year.

Personal: Mike was born February 24, 1985. He is the son of Anthony and Deborah Rocco. Mike is a communications major.
