Titus ranked No. 70 in College Baseball Daily's Top 100

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Bryant University baseball sophomore Jimmy Titus (Stafford, Conn.) was ranked No. 70 on College Baseball Daily's 2018 Top 100 Countdown.

Titus, the 2017 Northeast Conference Rookie of the Year, hit .296 with 16 doubles, two triples, eight home runs, 42 RBI and 42 runs scored. He set the DI record for home runs by a freshman and was also a Collegiate Baseball Newspaper Freshman All-American.

Following his impressive rookie campaign, Titus went on to have a standout summer for the Ocean State Waves in the New England Collegiate Baseball League. He was ranked No. 8 in Baseball America's Top 10 NECBL prospects after hitting .280 with five doubles, three home runs, 16 RBI and 15 runs scored.
