Bryant faces Stonehill, Northeastern in midweek contests

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant baseball team will play a pair of midweek contests this week, hosting Stonehill on Tuesday before traveling to Northeastern on Wednesday. 

Tuesday's first pitch is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. at Conaty Park, while Wednesday will be a 2:30 p.m. first pitch at Friedman Diamond in Brookline.

Bryant vs. Stonehill

  • Bryant and Stonehill are already meeting for the second time this season.
  • The Skyhawks earned a 5-3 victory on Feb. 27 at Conaty Park. 

Bryant vs Northeastern

  • Bryant owns a 10-6 lead in the all-time series but the Huskies have won four of the last five.

  • Bryant is 5-7 on the year following a weekend sweep of Iona. The Bulldogs have been tied or trailing in the sixth or later in three of their last four victories.
  • Gavin Noriega, Carmine Petosa and Shea Grady have reached in all 12 games this season. 
  • Noriega currently has seven home runs and a team-high 14 RBI on the year.
