Wainer named America East Pitcher of the Week

BOSTON -- Bryant Baseball senior Austin Wainer was named the America East Pitcher of the Week on Tuesday.

Wainer picks up his first career weekly honor after a strong start in Bryant's series opener vs Iona. The Johns Creek, Ga., allowed two runs (one earned), walked two and struck out a career-high nine in 5.0 innings. 

Bryant returns to the diamond this afternoon as it hosts Stonehill at 3:00 p.m.
