Bulldogs visit Duquesne Saturday afternoon
SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University football team returns to the gridiron this weekend when it travels to Pittsburgh to take on Duquesne. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Series History
- Saturday will be the 11th time in program history between Bryant and Duquesne.
- The Bulldogs defeated the Dukes, 38-29, last season and hold a 6-4 lead in the all-time series.

- Bryant Athletics is celebrating the "20th Season of Bryant Football" in 2018-19.

- The Bulldogs are coming off their only bye week of the season and are 3-1 overall and 1-0 in NEC play.
- Bryant last played on Sept. 22 against Robert Morris and came away with a 49-46 victory on Homecoming and Reunion Weekend.
- The Black and Gold are averaging 37 points per game this season, ranking 15th nationally.
- Bryant has rushed for 150+ yards in three-straight games for the first time since the end of the 2015 season.
- Redshirt senior QB Price Wilson (Marietta, Ga.) currently ranks first nationally in touchdown passes (13), fourth in passing yards per game (312.0) and fourth in completions per game (28.50).
- Redshirt junior Jean Constant (Delray Beach, Fla.) is third nationally in receiving touchdowns (6), sixth in total touchdowns (7) and seventh in scoring (10.5).
- Redshirt freshman Shelton McNeal (Lakeland, Fla.) ranks sixth nationally in receiving yards per game among freshmen.
- Junior Tomas Wright (St. Augustine, Fla.) ranks sixth nationally in tackles for a loss per game (2.0) and 11th in sacks per game (1.13).
- Senior Thomas Costigan (Stamford, Conn.) tied his career-high with 16 sacks vs. Robert Morris and ranks 16th nationally with 10.5 tackles per game.
A bit about the Dukes
- Duquesne enters Saturday at 3-2 overall and 0-0 in NEC play. The Dukes' only two losses have come against FBS opponents (Massachusetts, Hawaii).
- The Dukes are averaging 27 points per game and giving up 30 points per game.
- A.J. Hines is the teams leading running back, having posted 5.6 yards per carry and five touchdowns.
- Nehari Crawford is tied with Constant for the NEC lead in TD receptions with six and has 32 catches for 536 yards.
- Brett Zanotto leads the defense with 39 tackles and three tackles for a loss.
