SCOUTING THE WILDCATS
New Hampshire is 2-5 on the year after an 82-53 loss to Boston University Wednesday. The Wildcats' two victories have come against Division III members Rivier and Mount Saint Vincent. UNH's first three road games were at UMass, American and UConn.

Jordan Reed leads the Wildcats with 11.3 points per game, while freshman Jayden Martinez has grabbed a team-high 5.9 rebounds per game. UNH has shot just 60.6 percent from the free-throw line.

THE SERIES
Bryant and New Hampshire are meeting for the seventh straight season Saturday. The Wildcats have won the last three to even the all-time series. UNH took a 75-59 decision in Durham last year despite 22 points from Ikenna Ndugba (Boston, Mass.)

LAST TIME OUT: YALE 103, BRYANT 61
Redshirt-senior Byron Hawkins (Fort Washington, Md.) scored 18 points to lead three Bulldogs in double figures, but Yale made 15 three-pointers and assisted on 29 of 39 field goals to move past Bryant Wednesday night at the Chace Athletic Center.

NOT BASHFUL FROM BEYOND THE ARC
Junior SaBastian Townes (Chesapeake, Va.) hit his fourth and fifth three-pointers of the year in Wednesday's game against Yale. Townes, who is 5-of-11 from long distance this year, made a combined four three-pointers in his first two seasons.

Townes has also been reliable at the charity stripe, ranking 17th in the nation with a 93.8 free-throw percentage.

ACTING AG
After a quiet first week of the season, junior Adam Grant (Franklin, Va.) has been back to his scoring ways in the last four games, averaging 18.3 points per game.

FRESHMAN GLASS
Freshman Patrick Harding (Fairfield, Conn.) leads all NEC rookies and ranks 15th nationally among freshmen with 7.3 rebounds per game this season. Harding has grabbed eight or more boards in four of six contests this season.

BACKCOURT DUO APPROACHING MILESTONE
Redshirt-senior Byron Hawkins and junior Adam Grant are both nearing the 1,000-point mark for their respective careers.

Hawkins, who joined the Bulldogs this season after stints at Towson and Murray State, enters Wednesday 54 points away from 1,000, while Grant is 60 points away from becoming the sixth 1,000-point scorer in Bryant's Division I era.

KAS RULES EVERYTHING AROUND ME
Freshman Joe Kasperzyk (New Haven, Conn.) leads all NEC freshmen in free throws made (24) and free-throw attempts (29). Kasperzyk is one of four freshmen nationally to make 12 or more free throws in a game this year, as the New Haven native went 12-for-13 at the line against Navy. Kasperzyk's 82.8 free-throw percentage ranks 19th among D1 freshmen.
