Gross-Bullock named America East and Mid-Major Madness POTW

BOSTON -- Bryant University men's basketball senior Sherif Gross-Bullock was named the America East and Mid-Major Madness Player of the Week for his performance at Boston U and No. 10 FAU.

Gross-Bullock average 23.5 ppg, 8.0 rpg and 3.0 apg in a 1-1 week for the Black and Gold. He finished 14-of-28 from the field, 8-of-19 from three and 11-of-13 from the free throw line. 

The Washington, D.C., native scored a season-high 28 points on Thursday night at Boston U before turning in a 19-point, 11-rebound double-double to help the Bulldogs defeated 10th-ranked Florida Atlantic on Saturday. Against the Owls, SGB was 6-of-14 from the field and 4-of-10 from three. 

Gross-Bullock is third in the league in scoring with 19.6 ppg and fifth with 6.6 rpg.
