Azevedo leads Bulldogs at MacDonald Cup
NEW HAVEN, CT. - Aiden Azevedo finished tied fifth and the Bryant University men's golf team finished ninth overall in The Macdonald Cup over the weekend.
Azevedo finished at five-over. Bryant finished the tournament with a score of 896 with team's cores of 297 in Rounds 2 and 3.

How it Happened:

Azevedo posted rounds of 74-67-74 for a 3 round total of 215. He secured his first ever top 5 finish.playing in only his 3rd collegiate event and contended for the individual title.

Cael Kohan tallied a 223 and posted rounds of 68-81-74.

Dylan Gallagher shot a 225 and finished out the tournament with back-to-back 73's.

Tyler Dupuis closed out the Cup with a 237, shooting 81-78-78.

Patrick Galleher finished with a 238 and shot a best round of 76 to close out the weekend.

Brayden Roy competed as an individual in the tournament and made a hole-in-one on the par 3 5th from 154 yards with his 9 iron. This marked the 5th ace of his career.
