Gallagher leads the way for Bulldogs in rain-shortened spring opener

DORADO, PUERTO RICO. - Sophomore Dylan Gallagher led the Bulldogs in their two rounds at TPC Dorado Beach this past weekend. The final round of the tournament was canceled due to poor weather conditions. Gallagher closed out the weekend -3 par and shot a 70 in his opening round. He would remain just as consistent on day two; shooting a 71. Bryant finished the weekend +21 as a team and placed 17th overall.

How it Happened:

  • Competing as an individual, Rocco Biafore finished his spring debut -2 with rounds of 72-70.

  • Aiden Azevedo opened the spring with a 70 in his opening round and finished +6..

  • Cael Kohan finished at +10 in his first match of the spring. He had rounds of 76 and 78.

  • Patrick Galleher had nearly identical rounds at Dorado Beach with a 77 on day one and a 78 on day two.

  • Tyler Dupuis shot a 77 on the second day of the tournament and finished at +15.
