Men's Lacrosse Junior Named To All-Academic Team

ALEX PFAU NAMED TO MEN'S LACROSSE ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM

SOUTH EASTON, MA - Bryant University junior Alex Pfau (Bel Air, Md.) has been named to the 2008 Northeast-10 Conference Men's Lacrosse All-Academic Team the league announced this week.
To be eligible for selection, a student-athlete must have participated in at least half of the team's games, achieved at least a 3.2 cumulative GPA, and be at least a sophomore in standing. The all-Academic team is chosen by a vote of teh Northeast-10 Sports Information Directors.
Pfau, who holds a 3.51 GPA in Actuarial Math and Business Adminstration at Bryant, has playd in 13 games this season scoring five goals and adding an assist for the 14-3 Bulldogs.
Pfau and the No. 2 ranked Bulldogs captured the Northeast-10 Conference tournament championship and will compete in the NCAA tournament next week at Le Moyne.
