Appeared in 14 games, starting two … Scored three goals while adding six goals and a caused turnover … Notched a goal, a ground ball and a caused turnover in the Feb. 27 contest against Boston University.

2017 (Junior)
Played in six games for the Bulldogs ... Scored the first two goals of his career and also caused a turnover in a 17-10 victory at Manhattan to begin the season on Feb. 4 ... Picked up ground balls in consecutive appearances vs. Siena on March 13 and Sacred heart on April 8 ... Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.

A 2014 graduate of The Governor’s Academy in Byfield, Mass., following two years at Bishop Guertin in Nashua, N.H., Vailas was a four-year varsity letterwinner and starter for the Red Dogs and the Cardinals … Helped Bishop Guertin to back-to-back New Hampshire Division I State Championships in 2011 and 2012 … Led the Red Dogs to a second-place Independent School League finish in 2013 and a third-place finish in 2014 … Senior captain … Also played three years of varsity football, where he led The Governor’s Academy to ISL titles in 2012 and 2013 and was named the All-ISL Quarterback as a senior … Honor roll student.
