Seven Bryant alumni on MLL, PLL rosters to begin 2019

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Seven alumni of the Bryant University men's lacrosse program are on professional rosters to begin the 2019 Major League Lacrosse and Premier Lacrosse League seasons this weekend.

The Black & Gold are represented across six teams in the two leagues with five of the seven active for this weekend's openers.

New York opens the MLL season with two games this weekend, facing Denver Friday on Long Island and Boston Saturday in Quincy, Massachusetts. Atlanta will host Denver Sunday and Chesapeake and Dallas will square off in Frisco, Texas.

Waldt will take part in the inaugural weekend of PLL play at Gillette Stadium. Redwoods LC will face Atlas LC Sunday at 2 p.m. in Foxboro.
