Larocque earns Second Team All-NEC honors

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Coming off a record setting career, senior Brett Larocque (Ottawa, Ont.) of the Bryant University men's soccer team was named to the 2015 All-Northeast Conference Second Team.

The forward led the Bulldogs this season in total points with 14 off six goals and two assists, including the game-winning assist against Buffalo (Sept. 13).

The senior finished his career with 26 scores in his 62 starts for the Black and Gold, earning himself All-NEC honors for three-straight seasons, including All-NEC First Team as a junior. Larocque also helped the Bulldogs to back-to-back NEC Tournament appearances as a sophomore and junior, including a trip to the conference championship in 2013.

The captain's 59 career points and 14 career goals both rank first in program history, while his nine career assists are tops in the Division I era. Larocque also holds the first place slot in program history in game-winning goals (9), shot attempts (142), shots on goal (66) and shots on goal per game (1.03).
