Coach's comments on the fans and the win...

"Excited for the guys to get the first win in front of a great crowd... As expected, it was a nervy start, but as time passed the team began to settle into the match nicely. It would've been ideal to score a second goal shortly after the first, but defending a crucial moments down the stretch is something that will happen again in the season so this will be valuable experience for us."

Key Moment

  • The Black and Gold capitalized on one of their 10 corners in the game to take the lead over CCSU.
