Schulte named Corvias ECAC Swimmer of the Week

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Bryant University men's swimming and diving freshman Ben Schulte (Mermaid Beach, Australia) has been named the Corvias ECAC Swimmer of the Week for his performance at the MAAC Championships.

In his first championship meet, Schulte won all three of his individual events and was named the MAAC Outstanding Swimmer of the Meet. He won the 100 and 200 breast and the 200 IM on the week. Schulte earned NCAA "B" cut times in both the 200 IM and the 100 breast, becoming the first male swimmer in program history to accomplish that feat.
