Last Time Out

The Bulldogs were able to get strong performances in the 100 back and 100 breast events against Marist this past weekend, but ultimately fell short as they lost 187-111. Senior Ben Schulte (Tumon, Guam) and freshman Matthew Mays (St. Croix Virgin Islands) combined to win four individual events.

Last Meet with Holy Cross

  • The Bulldogs put on a dominant display when these two schools met last year, as Bryant won 201-99. The team had impressive performances from Kevin Sullivan (East Lyme, Conn.) in the 3-meter dive and Tavish Boyle (Springfield, N.J.), who won three individual events.

A bit about the Crusaders

  • Holy Cross has started the New Year with two wins over Providence and Springfield leading into Saturday.
  • Junior Steve Tierney won both the 50 free and 500 free events against Springfield.
  • The Crusaders were also able to get help in that meet from their freshmen in the 1000 free and 200 back, as Christopher Cerulli and Nathan Kramer both recorded first-place finishes.
