Men's Swimming Wins Final Home Meet; Women Split Two Meets

SMITHFIELD, R.I. - The Bryant University men's swimming team finishedits home schedule in style defeating Bridgewater State 113-81. Meanwhile, the women's team split a pair of meets, defeating BSC 152-108 while losing to Bridgeport 140-119.
In his final home meet senior Nate Olszewski (Blandford, MA) won the 1000-yard freestyle, 200-yard butterfly, and the 200-yard breaststroke events.
Ray Savner (Bethlehem, CT) captured the 200 free, 50 free, 100 free, and was part of the 400 free relay team that finished in second place.
Freshman Jessica Looney (Goffstown, NH) won the 200-yard breaststroke against BSC and finished second in the same event against Bridgeport.
Both teams will compete at the New England Championships the weekend of February 16-18.
