Bates Invitational up next for Bryant

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University indoor track and field team is set to compete in the two -day Bates Multi/Invitational starting on Friday, January 18.

Bulldogs Notes and Notables

• This will be the third straight season that the Bulldogs have competed in the Bates Invitational.
• The team of Sarah Lapham, Jacklyn Sullivan (Plymouth, Mass.), Melissa Lodge, and Olivia Weiss broke the school record at Bates last year in the 4x800 meter relay with a time of 9:41.46.
• Last season at Bates, Chris Fasano (Lake Grove, N.Y.) broke his own school shot put record throwing 14.74 meters.
• Chris Wrenn (Norton, Mass.), Jordan Dagrin (Providence, R.I.), and Brian Salit (Seekonk, Mass.) all entered Bryant's top 10 in the 600 meter a year ago at Bates.
