Dolan earns Rookie of the Week honors

SOMMERSET, N.J. – Freshman Jason Dolan (Westford, Mass.) has been selected as the Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.

Over the weekend, the Bryant University indoor track and field team competed in the Bates Invitational in Lewiston, Maine where the rookie competed in the 800 meter for the first time in his collegiate career. Dolan finished the race with a time of 1:55.12. Not only did Dolan become an IC4A qualifier, but he is now ranked third all-time at Bryant for the 800 meter event.

Dolan and the rest of the Bulldogs will be back in action this weekend at the Terrier Invitational as well as the Springfield Invitational.
