Bryant heads to URI Coaches Invitational this Saturday
SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University indoor track and field team is set to compete this Saturday at the URI Coaches Invitational to help prepare for the NEC Championship next week.

Bulldogs Notes and Notables
- On the men's side, Jacob Borgia (Westborough, Mass.), Austin Hagander, and Alec Binette (Glastonbury, Conn.) will represent the Black and Gold in the 60-meter dash. Ryan Dumont and Mark Rubin will be running in the 60-meter hurdles.
- Binette and Rubin will also be featured in the 200-meter alongside senior Adam Winiarz (Norton, Mass.), Joel Urizar (Fairfield, Conn.) and Cole Hollis (North Smithfield, R.I.).
- After a successful outing at the NEICAAA Championship last weekend, Jason Dolan (Westford, Mass.), Jordan Dagrin (Providence, R.I.), Brian Salit (Seekonk, Mass.), and William Bittrich (Duxbury, Mass.) will run in the 1000-meter run.
- Multiple Bulldogs will be competing in the shot put event including Chris Fasano (Lake Grove, N.Y.), Brett Cloutier (North Attleboro, Mass.), James Williams and Samuel Bullock.
- James Giumetti (Duxbury, Mass.) and Anthony Holloway (Forked River, N.J.) are set to compete in the long jump. Holloway will also compete in the triple jump along with David Lackard (Framingham, Mass.).
- The men will also feature a 4x400-relay team.
- After missing the majority of the season due to injury, junior Emily Cluck (Johnson City, N.Y.) is back in action and prepped to compete in the 60-meter dash.
- Freshman Nicole Xiarhos (Berlin, Conn.) will run alongside Rebecca Reynolds, Ana Lucas (Wakefield, Mass.) and Kathryn O'Connor (Windham, N.H.) in the 200-meter run.
- Sarah Freeman (Merrimac, Mass.), Ellie Goyette (Lowell, Mass.), Kierstin Lock (Salem, N.H.) and Caroline Meizen (Douglas, Mass.) are all set to compete in the 1000-meter.
- For field events, Courtney Kelleher (Wrentham, Mass,), Laura Rizik and Victoria Whitham (Newton, Mass.) will compete in the shot put. Kelleher and Rizik will also compete in weight throw.
- The long jump event will feature Camryn Wesoloskie (Manchester, Conn.) and Amanda Whitham (Newton, Mass.). Wesoloskie will also be the lone Bulldog competing in the triple jump event for the women.
- The women will also showcase a 4x800 team.
