As a junior: Ran in two events for a solid junior season in 2019-20. 

Indoor – Ran in both the 3000m and the 5000m during his junior season … Posted a season-best time in the 3000m at the URI Coaches Tribute Invitational with a time of 9:10.30 … Set a season-best in the 5000m at the NEC Indoor Championship with a time of 16:04.70 for a 21^st overall finish … Named to both the winter and spring NEC Academic Honor Roll.

As a sophomore: Set numerous PRs and broke the 10,000m record during his second season as a Bulldog.

Indoor – Ran long-distance competing in the 3000m and 5000m … Set new personal-bests at the NEC Indoor Championship with top times of 8:52.18 in the 3000m and 15:33.49 in the 5000m … Ranks ninth in Bryant’s top-10 record book in the 3000m and tenth in the 5000m. 

Outdoor – Competed in the 1500m, mile, 3000m, 5000m, and 10,000m … Set new personal-bests in every event posting top times of 4:05.16 in the 1500m, 4:25.96 in the mile, 8:52.76 in the 3000m, 15:10.35 in the 5000m, and 31:47.59 in the 10,000m … Broke the program record in the 10,000m at the Black and Gold Invitational for a third-place overall finish … Also appears in Bryant’s top-10 record book as fifth in the mile, fourth in the 3000m, and third in the 5000m ... Named to the NEC Spring Academic Honor Roll. 

As a freshman: Competed in four events in 2017-18. 

Indoor - Competed in the 3000m and posted a best time at 9:12.01.

Outdoor - Competed in the 1500, 3000m, and the 5000m ... Posted best times at 4:14.39 in the 1500m, 9:07.37 in the 3000m, and 15:58.32 in the 5000m.
