As a senior (2021)
Outdoor - Ran the 800, 1500, mile, 4x400 and 4x800 ... Part of 4x800 relay team that won a bronze medal at the NEC Championships ... Ran a personal-best time of 1:56.47 in the 800 at the NECs, finishing 8th in the event.

As a junior: Helped lead the team as a captain during his junior season. 

Indoor – Competed in eight events for the Bulldogs in 2020 … Posted a season-best time of 2:30.47 in the 1000m at the BU Last Chance Qualifier, qualifying him for the IC4A Championship … Finished sixth overall at the NEC Indoor Championship in DMR with a time of 10:30.47 … Helped break Bryant’s school record in the 4x800 relay with a time of 7:45.97 at the IC4A Championship … Posted his best finish of the season at the Bates Invitational by finishing second in the 1000m with a time of 2:35.65 … Named to both the winter and spring NEC Academic Honor Roll.

As a sophomore: Helped break multiple relay records for a historic sophomore season.

Indoor – Ran long distance in the 800m, 1000m, mile, 3000m, 4x400, 4x800, and DMR … Placed himself in Bryant’s top-10 record book with a personal-best of 4:20.90 in the mile run … Helped the 4x800 relay team break the program record with a time of 7:50.87 at the NEICAAA Championships … Dagrin also helped the men’s DMR team to a new school record with a time of 10:01.15 at IC4A’s to become the first relay team at Bryant to earn All-East honors. 

Outdoor – Competed in the 800m, 1500m, mile and 4x800 … Posted personal-bests of 1:56.93 in the 800m, 3:59.82 in the 1500m, and 4:19.55 in the mile … Helped the 4x800 team break the school record at the NEC Championship with a time of 7:43.23 earning a bronze medal … Ranks third all-time in the mile run ... Named to the NEC Spring Academic Honor Roll. 

As a freshman: Had a solid rookie season as a long distance runner in 2017-18.

Indoor - Competed in the 600, 800, 1000, and mile ... Also competed in the 4x400 and 4x800 relays ... Posted best times at 1:27.59 in the 600, 1:59.57 in the 800, 2:30.25 in the 1000, and 4:22.09 in the mile.

Outdoor - Competed in the 800 and 1500 ... Posted best times at 1:58.75 in the 800 and 4:05.20 in the 1500. 

Before Bryant: A three-year varsity letter winner in track and field and a two-year varsity letter winner in cross country at Bishop Hendricken … First Team All-State in the 4x800 as a senior … Finished fourth in the 1500m at the outdoor state championships … Earned All-New England honors as a member of the 4x800 relay team … Helped 4x800 set school record … Second Team All-State honors in the 4x800 as a junior … Helped team win the outdoor track and field championship … High Honor Roll.
