As a sophomore (2022-23)
Competed in the 400, 500, 800, 1000, 1500, and the mile... Set a personal best in the 400 with a time of 54.99... Recorded a top-10 finish in the 800 (1:59.67) against UMass... Placed seventh against URI in the 500 (1:12.73).

Before Bryant: Four year member of Cumberland's cross country team... Two time all-state selection in track and field (800 meters and 4x800 relay)... Set school records in indoor and outdoor 4x400 meter relay, outdoor 600 meters, and outdoor 800 meters... Helped his high school track team to an undefeated league record in his four years, as well as two third place finishes in the state competition... Was also a member of Cumberland's football team.

Personal: Son of Deborah and Joseph Molis... Has two siblings, Joey and Lindsay... Brother Joey plays baseball at Bridgewater State.
