FULL GAME NOTES

ON TAP AT THE PIZZATOLA CENTER
The Bryant University women's basketball team wraps up its busy stretch of four games in eight days when it heads to Providence, R.I., to battle the Brown Bears, Tuesday at 7 p.m.

THE SERIES
Entering Tuesday's contest, Brown holds a 4-2 all-time series lead over the Bulldogs. Last season, the Bears stole a 66-61 victory from Bryant in Smithfield behind 27 points from point guard Lauren Clarke. Jenniqua Bailey and Morgan Olander combined for 23 points with Bailey dishing out seven assists in the loss.

SCOUTING THE BEARS
Selected to finish eighth (of eight) in the Ivy League Preseason Media Poll, Brown enters Tuesday's matchup with a 1-2 overall record coming off back-to-back losses at Providence (Nov. 18) and New Hampshire (Saturday). The Bears' lone victory of the season came in their season opener at Vermont, 81-76.

Through three games this season, junior guard Jordin Alexander leads her team with 18.3 ppg to go along with a team-best 2.7 assists per game. Alexander has hit double-digits twice already this season, putting up 27 at Vermont and 19 vs. PC. Senior Sophie Bikofsky ranks second on the team in scoring at 11.7 ppg, struggling to find her touch early on shooting just 26 percent from the field. Last season, the sharpshooter led the country in 3-point FG percentage, hitting 86-of-177 (48.6).

Brown enters Tuesday game scoring 69 ppg (2nd in Ivy), while allowing 71.3 ppg (6th in Ivy). The Bears ranks last in the Ivy League in rebounds per game (35.7) rebounds allowed per game (45.7), and rebounding margin (-10.0), however they do take care of the basketball, averaging less than 10 turnovers per contest.

LAST TIME OUT
Despite cutting the margin to a single basket on multiple occasions in the second half, the Bryant University women's basketball team fell just short to Boston College, 90-79, Sunday afternoon at Conte Forum.

The Bulldogs (3-1) gave the Eagles (3-1) all they could handle thanks to a monster game from junior forward Breanna Rucker as Bryant's three-game win streak came to a close.

Rucker led all scorers with a career-high 25 points on 9-of-16 shooting to go along with 16 boards, including 10 on the offensive end. Senior point guard Jenniqua Bailey was equally impressive with 21 points, including 9-of-13 shooting from the free throw line, a career-best tying eight assists, and seven rebounds.

Junior guard Tiersa Winder was money from down town, finishing with 19 points on 5-of-9 shooting from deep in just 30 minutes of play, while freshman Ivory Bailey finished the game with eight points.Kelly Hughes paced Boston College with 23 points on 5-of-8 from deep while Katie Quandt, Karima Gabriel, Nicole Boudreau, and Ashley Kelsick all finished with double digits.

RUCKIN' 'N ROLLIN'
Junior forward Breanna Rucker registered her third-straight, and 13th career double double in Sunday's loss at Boston College, putting up career-highs in both points (25) and rebounds (16) en route her first-career Northeast Conference Player of the Week honor. After a disappointing season opener, the junior has been nothing short of spectacular, averaging nearly 18 ppg and 13 rpg in her last three games. Rucker currently ranks 9th in the NEC in points per game (13.8 ppg) and first in the league in rebounding (10.5 rpg).

GETTING TO THE LINE
Through four games this season, senior Jenniqua Bailey has gone 34-of-52 from the free throw line and is currently on pace to shoot more than 350 free throws on the season. Bailey has scored 34 of her total 64 points from the line this season. Last year, Bailey broke the Bryant record for free throws made and attempted (117-170) in a season.

DROPPIN' DIMES
Senior point guard Jenniqua Bailey dished out a season-high (tied career high) eight assists in Sunday's loss at Boston College, marking the eighth time in her career she has done so. Bailey currently ranks fourth in the NEC in assists per game with 5.5.

WIND IT UP
Junior guard Tiersa Winder put up a career-high 19 points in the loss at Boston College on Sunday. Winder tied a career-best going 5-of-9 from deep in just 30 minutes of play. Through four games this season, the junior is averaging 14.5 points per game and 4.0 rebounds per game, up from 6.0 ppg and 1.4 rpg in 2013-14.

FROM DOWN TOWN

MORE MORGAN
Sophomore center Morgan Olander has put together her best stretch as a Bulldog, averaging 12.3 points, nine rebounds and 1.6 blocks through the first three games of this season. After putting up a double double in the season opener vs. Maine, Olander followed her performance up with 12 points, eight board and three blocks vs. Vermont on Nov. 18, and most recently tied a career-best 13 points and nine rebounds vs. Canisius on Friday.

NO REST FOR THE WEARY
Tuesday vs. Brown will mark Bryant's fourth game in eight days dating back to Nov. 18 at Vermont, however you would barely know it as the Bulldogs are off their best start since joining the Division I ranks in 2008-09. After Tuesday's contest, the Black and Gold will have four days over the Thanksgiving holiday before returning to the hardwood Sunday vs. Providence College.

WINDEX
Always among the top rebounding teams in the league, Bryant once against sits near the top in almost every rebounding category in the Northeast Conference rankings.
