FULL GAME NOTES

ON TAP AT THE CHACE ATHLETIC CENTER
The Bryant University women's basketball team will look to capture its second three-game win streak when they welcome Holy Cross to Smithfield for a Wednesday evening Bulldog doubleheader. The women will battle the Crusaders at 5 p.m. before the Bryant men welcome Yale to town for a 7:30 p.m. tip.

THE SERIES
Entering Wednesday's matchup, Holy Cross holds a 5-1 all-time series lead over Bryant including each of the last three seasons. Last year, the Crusaders beat up the Bulldogs, 75-55, in Worcester behind 14 points and five rebounds from Emily Parker. Jenniqua Bailey and Breanna Rucker combined for 18 points and 11 rebounds for the Black and Gold. Bryant's lone win over Holy Cross came during the 2010-11 when it earned a 59-47 win in Smithfield.

SCOUTING THE CRUSADERS
Holy Cross enters Wednesday's contest in Smithfield with a 1-6 overall record, coming off a big 73-69 win vs. Georgetown on Sunday. Selected to finish third in the Patriot League Preseason Poll, the Crusaders advanced to the Patriot League Tournament Championship game last season before falling to #1 seeded Army.

Led by Preseason All-Patriot League selection Raquel Scott, Holy Cross is averaging 61 ppg while allowing nearly 78 ppg to opponents. Scott, a junior guard, leads the team with 17 ppg and 8.5 rpg in four contests this season. Junior Lisa Mifsud ranks second on the team in scoring with nearly 15 ppg and a team-high 4.6 apg, while classmate Kate Gillespie rounds out the double-digit scorers with 11.7 ppg and a.417 3-point shooting percentage.

HISTORY IN THE MAKING
Bryant is off to its best start in Division I program history, posting a 5-1 record through six games for the first time since joining the Division I ranks in 2008-09.

BAILEY DROPS 35
Senior point guard Jenniqua Bailey put up a career-high 35 points on 11-of-14 shooting in Sunday's win over Providence College. The 35 points marks the most since Courtney Schissler's 36 points at Saint Francis U. on Jan. 13, 2014 and is tied for the fifth most points in a single game in program history.

RUCKIN' 'N ROLLIN'
Junior forward Breanna Rucker registered her fifth-straight and 14th career double double in Sunday's victory vs. Providence College putting up a 17 points and 11 rebounds.  Rucker is off to as good of a start as anyone in the conference averaging nearly 20 ppg and 12 rpg in her last five contests. Rucker currently ranks 8th in the NEC in points per game (16.3 ppg) and second in the league in rebounding (10.7 rpg).

WIND IT UP
Junior guard Tiersa Winder put together a tremendous effort in Sunday's win over PC, putting up career highs in both points (20) and rebounds (9). Winder is currently averaging a career-best 15.2 ppg, 4.8 rpg, and 34.5 mpg.

THE BIG THREE
The combination of Jenniqua Bailey, Breanna Rucker, and Tiersa Winder are currently combining for nearly 50 of Bryant's 74 points per game (67 percent). The trio all currently ranks in the top 10 in the Northeast Conference in scoring while only one other team has at least two players in the top 10.

BRYANT VS. POWER CONFERENCES
The Bulldogs' victory over Providence College on Sunday marked the first win over a team from a power conference in program history. Prior to Sunday's win, Bryant had posted a 0-4 record against power conference teams.

EARNING 'EM AT THE LINE
After going 13-of-18 from the free throw line in Sunday's win over PC, Jenniqua Bailey enters Wednesday's contest 50-of-74 from the charity stripe on the season. Last season, Bailey set a Division I program record for free throws made and attempted (117-170) in a season and is currently on pace to go 241-for-257 this year.

MILESTONE WATCH
Averaging 18 points per game this season, senior point guard Jenniqua Bailey enters Wednesday's contest needing just 53 points to reach the 1,000-point milestone. Bailey would become the 22nd player in program history to reach the milestone and just the third to do so all at the Division I level.

WELCOME TO THE CENTURY CLUB
Senior point guard Jenniqua Bailey appeared in her 100th career game on Sunday vs. PC, becoming just the eighth player in Division I program history to do so. Bailey is within reach of breaking the all-time program record for games played in a career (121), a mark currently held by Dede Fogarty (2001-05).

STARTING 5
The Bryant starting five of Jenniqua Bailey, Tiersa Winder, Ivory Bailey, Breanna Rucker, and Morgan Olander enter Wednesday's game with a perfect record of 5-0 this season. The Bulldogs are unbeaten (5-0) when Olander, who missed the Nov. 23 contest at Boston College, is in the starting lineup.

DROPPIN' DIMES
Senior point guard Jenniqua Bailey dished out a season and career-tying eight assists in Sunday's win vs. Providence College, marking the ninth time in her career, and second time this season, she has done so. Bailey currently ranks fourth in the NEC in assists per game with 5.7 apg.

WINDEX
Always among the top rebounding teams in the Northeast Conference, Bryant once against sits near the top in almost every rebounding category in the NEC rankings. Outrebounding opponents by an average margin of 8.7 rpg (first in NEC), the Bulldogs have outrebounded the opposition in all six games this season, averaging nearly 43 rpg.

ON THE ROAD AGAIN
On Tuesday, Nov. 18 at Vermont, the Bryant opened a stretch with eight of its first 12 games away from the Chace Athletic Center. Last season, the Bulldogs posted an 8-9 overall record on the road.
