SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University women's basketball team hosts Central Connecticut on Saturday, January 26 for a 1 p.m. tip.

Kids Day
All kids 6th grade and under will receive free admission to Saturday's game. The first 150 kids will receive an All In Ball Out drawstring bag as well as an All In Ball Out autograph book to fill with autographs from the team after the game. Get your tickets HERE.

Bryant hosts Central Connecticut this Saturday, January 26 at 1 p.m. in Smithfield.

SCOUTING THE BLUE DEVILS
The Blue Devils post a 4-12 overall record and 1-5 in conference topping Saint Francis U.

Kianna Patterson leads Central Connecticut in scoring averaging 16.5 points per game. Patterson dropped a season-high 27 points in the 73-62 win over SFU.

Beryl Piper leads the Blue Devils in her 12th season as head coach.

SERIES HISTORY
Bryant leads the all-time series, 11-9, after splitting both games last season. Last year Bryant topped CCSU, 66-50, in Smithfield before the Bulldogs dropped the second meeting, 66-59 in New Britain

LAST TIME OUT: BRYANT 66, SAINT FRANCIS U 63
During the team's last outing, Bryant came out on top over the defending NEC Champions Saint Francis, 66-63.

Hannah Scanlan (Rumson, N.J.) led the Bulldogs for the third game in a row in scoring with 15 points, five rebounds, and three blocks.

Junior Masey Zegarowski (Hamilton, Mass.) chipped in 14 points shooting 5-of-10 from the field. Zegarowski also added three rebounds, an assist and a steal.

NO, NO, NO
Sophomore Hannah Scanlan leads the Bulldogs with 12 block so far this season. Scanlan opened the season posting a multi-block game in Bryant's season opener against UMass Lowell with two. The New Jersey native posted a season-high three blocks against Saint Francis U. 

ZEGA-WHO?
Junior guard Masey Zegarowski was a major contributor in Bryant's Northeast Conference opening weekend scoring a season-high 16 points against LIU Brooklyn, shooting a perfect 3-for-3 from three. Zegarowski hit two back-to-back three's late in the fourth quarter to regain the lead and push the Bulldogs past LIU. Zegarowski posted double-digits in Saint Francis Brooklyn (10), Mount St. Mary's (11), and Saint Francis U (14).

HANNAH SPELLED BACKWARDS SPELLS HANNAH
Sophomore Hannah Scanlan has led Bryant in the last three outings averaging 13 points, seven rebounds. Scanlan was just one point shy of tying her season-high as she scored 15 points in Bryant's win over Saint Francis. Prior to Saint Francis, the sophomore posted back-to-back 12-points games.

BRAVO!
Freshman Trinity Bravo (Bridgeport, Conn.) has started seeing more minutes as the conference schedule continues. Bravo had a career game against Saint Francis U posting 6 points

DEFENSE IS KEY
In all five of Bryant's win, the Bulldogs have kept their opponents under 70 points. Bryant has also kept four of the five NEC teams that they have under its scoring average, including the all-time leading scorerd in the NEC Jess Kovatch of Saint Francis U. The Black and Gold held Kovatch to just 14 points, her second lowest scoring game of the season. Kovatch averaged 21.4 points per game before arriving in Smithfield.   

BOARDING SCHOOL
Bryant is now first in the NEC with 41.9 rebounds per game. The Bulldogs have only been outrebounded three times this year at Boston College, 47-37, Holy Cross, 51-34, and Sacred Heart, 45-41. The Bulldogs were even wtih West Virginia, Brown, and Providence. Sydney Holloway (Morgantown, W. Va.) leads the Bulldogs and the conference with 209 rebounds ranking her eighth in the country. The junior forward also leads the conference with most offensive rebounds a game with five as she ranks fourth in the country in that category.
