THE MATCHUP
The Bulldogs lead the all-time series record, 14-6, after splitting the two meetings just one year ago. In Hackensack, the Bulldogs are 6-4 against the Knights after a 63-53 setback last season before Bryant bounced back with a 20-point victory in Smithfield.

SCOUTING THE KNIGHTS
Fairleigh Dickinson recently topped St. Francis Brooklyn, 62-57, to open NEC play. The win helps FDU post a 4-8 overall record.

The Knights are the top three-point shooting team so far in the league shooting 32.5 percent as a team. The long-distance shooting is led by Lindsey Mack who leads the NEC with 2.67 three's a night. FDU also holds teams to a 38.8 field goal percentage, ranking first in the conference in field goal defense.

LAST TIME OUT: SAINT FRANCIS U
The Bulldogs dropped the first game of the NEC season against Saint Francis U, 63-60. Bryant erased an 11-point fourth-quarter deficit and got as close as one in the final 30 seconds, but it wasn't enough to take down the Red Flash. Junior Brooke Bjelko (Plattsburgh, N.Y.) led with 18 points while freshman Nicole Gallagher (Foxboro, Mass.) added 14. Senior Masey Zegarowski (Hamilton, Mass.) led with six assists for the second six-assist performance this season.

BEGINNERS LUCK
Gallagher netted 14 points off six-of-15 shooting from the field in her Northeast Conference debut against Saint Francis U. The rookie was two-of-seven from the three-point line adding four rebounds and four assists in the 63-60 setback.

ZEGA-WHO?
Zegarowski has continued to flourish in her senior season. The senior guard led the Bulldogs at Army with a season-high 17 points off 7-of-17 shooting while also dishing out five assists. So far this season, Zegarowski has posted five double-figure scoring performances and led the Black and Gold in scoring in four different contests. The senior also tied her career-high of six assists for the second time this season against Saint Francis U. She has posted at least five assists in three of the last four games for the Black and Gold.

LUCKY YEAR NUMBER THREE
Bjelko netted a career-high 23 points against Albany on Dec. 20. The offensive burst was the first 20-point performance of her career as the 6-3 center tallied 11-of-12 from the stripe and added two blocks. Bjelko earned NEC Prime Performer laurels for her efforts. The junior also opened NEC play with a career-high against NEC foes. Bjelko netted 18 points off eight-of-11 shooting adding three rebounds, one assist, and one steal.
