Nick Drago steps down as women's golf head coach

SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- Nick Drago announced that he is stepping down as the head coach of the Bryant University women's golf team to take a role at Boston College. 

Drago served as the program's head coach for its inaugural season in 2022-23. Competing in the Southland Conference, the Black and Gold seventh at the championships. 

"I want to thank Coach Drago for all of the hard work he put in laying the foundation for Bryant Women's Golf and for guiding the program through its first season," Vice President of Athletics and Recreation Bill Smith said. "We wish Coach Drago all the best at Boston College."

Bryant will begin its search for the next head coach immediately.
