Women's lax earns 2015 IWLCA Academic Honor Squad recognition

SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- The Bryant University women's lacrosse team proved that it was successful not only on the field, but in the classroom as well, earning 2015 Academic Honor Squad accolades from the IWLCA.

The Northeast Conference Champion Bulldogs were one of 85 Division I programs to be honored, as the IWLCA recognized institutions with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher. Bryant was one of five programs out of the NEC to earn the award.

The Bulldogs earned their second-straight NCAA tournament berth in 2015 after repeating as both NEC Regular-Season and Tournament Champs. The Black and Gold finished the campaign 14-5 overall.
