SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University women's lacrosse team was recognized as a 2017 IWLCA/Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad, with four of its members named to the Zag Sports Division I Academic Honor Roll.

The Bulldogs are one of 308 schools across college athletics to qualify for the prestigious honor in 2016-17, posting a 3.25 team GPA for the academic year.

Senior Carly Cronin (Feeding Hills, Mass.) and juniors Amanda Moss (Lebanon, N.J.), Molly Smith (Smithfield, R.I.) and Kristie VosWinkel (Newtown, Conn.) were among the 402 student-athletes selected to the DI Academic Honor Roll. Cronin is now a two-time Academic Honor Roll selection. To be eligible for the individual honor roll accolade, student-athletes must be a junior, senior or graduate student with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above.
