SCOUTING THE GOLDEN GRIFFINS
Canisius is 0-7 on the year against a challenging schedule that has included Northwestern, James Madison and Notre Dame and just one game on its home field. The Golden Griffins fell 19-8 to Marquette in their last game Friday.

Jourdan Roemer leads Canisius with 15 goals and 20 points on the year. Marissa Malvaso (12) and Bryar Cummings (11) have also added double-digit point totals. The Golden Griffins have allowed 18.00 goals per game this season, which ranks 114th out of 116 teams nationally.

THE SERIES
The Bulldogs and Golden Griffins are meeting for the second consecutive season and first time in Smithfield. Canisius held off Bryant last season for a 7-6 win in a game neither team led by more than two goals.

LAST TIME OUT: BRYANT 19, STETSON 13
Sophomore Natalie Langella (Northport, N.Y.) scored a career-high five goals and junior Caitlin Breglia (Long Beach, N.Y.) added three goals and three assists to help Bryant to its highest offensive output of the season in a victory Sunday in Florida. Senior Jess DeMeo (Mount Sinai, N.Y.) chipped in with four goals in the win, while senior Lauren Britton (Monmouth Beach, N.J.) and sophomore Abbi England (Longford Mills, Ontario) added multi-goal efforts.

NAT-URAL SCORER
Sophomore Natalie Langella has scored two or more goals in each of her last five games, highlighted by a career-high five in Sunday's win at Stetson. Langella is second on the Bulldogs this season in goals (13) and points (16).

BREGLIA APPROACHES 100-GOAL MARK
Junior Caitlin Breglia enters Wednesday one goal away from becoming the eighth 100-goal scorer in Bryant's Division I era. Breglia would be the third Bulldog in the last two seasons to reach the mark, as Jess DeMeo and Catlin Brown both scored their 100th career goals in 2018.

KAPOO-SAVIN'
Sophomore Giana Kapoosuzian (Merrick, N.Y.) ranks fourth in the nation with 12.60 saves per game in her five contests this season. Kapoosuzian has recorded 56 saves in the four games in which she has played all 60 minutes, including a career-high 17 Thursday at Jacksonville.

BALANCED BREGS
Junior Caitlin Breglia has collected 11 goals and 11 assists this season. Breglia's 11 assists are tied for the NEC lead despite Bryant playing the second-fewest games among conference teams.

OFFENSE MARCHING ALONG
Bryant has recorded its three highest goal outputs of the season in its last four games with 19 at Stetson, 17 vs. Niagara and 13 at Brown. The Bulldogs are averaging 14.00 goals per game in March.

Bryant faces UConn for the first time in program history when the teams meet in Storrs Tuesday at 7 p.m.
