Griffin records first career goal as Bryant ties with UVM

SMITHFIELD, R.I. - Makayla Griffin of the Bryant University women's soccer team scored her first career goal in the Bulldog's 1-1 draw against Vermont at Beirne Stadium today. Rachel Roman and Emma Pedolzky were credited with assists on the goal.

"Our energy and effort throughout the game reflected a great week of practice. We communicated well and remained organized for 90 minutes. We were more dangerous in attack than we were last week without giving away much ground in defense during the run of play".
