Biggs adds Linnehan to coaching staff

SMITHFIELD, R.I. - Bryant University women's soccer head coach Andy Biggs is excited to announce the addition of Brian Linnehan to the coaching staff as an assistant coach for the 2023 season.

"Ashley, the team, and I are very happy to have Brian join our program as an assistant coach," said Coach Biggs. "He brings more than 25 years of experience, last year serving as head coach of the New England Mutiny of the United Women's Soccer League -- a team he led to a first-place finish in the New England Division".

Linnehan recently coached at Framingham State, where he also played from 1991-1994. In addition to FSU, he coached at Mount Ida College, New England Mutiny, and Uxbridge High School who won the conference and the Central MA 4 district championship in 2018.

Linnehan  is a MIAA/MSAA Certified Coach and holds several USC (United Soccer Coaches) diplomas. He also holds his National 'D' License from the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and has his National C license.
