10th Annual Dolphin Sea Swim highlights Swim & Dive training trip

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Freshman Erin Daly's (Reading, Mass.) victory in the 10th annual Dolphin Sea Swim in St. Croix capped another outstanding training trip for the Bryant University men's and women's swimming and diving teams this past week.

The Bulldogs spent 10 days training in St. Croix and capped the week with the mile open water swim. Daly won the female race with a time of 23:48, while Lauren Doerrman (Oley, Pa.) finished third (24:55) and Taylor DeBever (Denver, Colo.) finished fourth (25:01).

On the men's side, Graham Beck (Danvers, Mass.) was the top finisher, placing 10th with a time of 23:37. Brendan Miller-Radest (Chatham, N.J.) finished 13th (23:59) and Nicholas Karadimas (New Milford, Conn.) was right behind in 14th (24:05).

The Bulldogs return to competition this weekend with a pair of meets. They host Massachusetts on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. before hosting NJIT and St. Francis Brooklyn on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. Sunday's meet will be broadcast live on necfrontrow.com.
