Bears host Bulldogs in the capital, Saturday at 2 p.m.
SMITHFIELD, R.I. – After splitting its first two spring matches, the Bryant University women's tennis team travels to Providence to take on Brown University on Saturday at 2 p.m.
The Bears (5-3) enter the contest with a handful of matches under their belt, including three matches at the ECAC Division I Championship, where they finished 1-2 overall. Most recently, the Bears are coming off back-to-back wins, defeating Portland, 4-3, and Boston College, 5-2, at home.
The Bulldogs and Bears have met once in Division I play, when the Bears trumped the Bulldogs, 5-0, in the capital on March 1, 2014.
The Bears will be hosting all Division I in state foes on Saturday, ending the day with Bryant at 2 p.m.
