Bulldog XC 4th/5th at Ted Owen Invite

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Fifth-year senior Martha Reynolds (London, England) finished fifth and freshman Milan Duka (Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro) ran to a 13th-place finish to pace the Bryant University cross country teams at the Ted Owen Invitational on Saturday morning at Stanley Park.

Racing at the site of 2014 Northeast Conference championships, the Bulldog women finished fourth, while the Bulldog men were fifth. Central Connecticut won the men's team title and Boston University claimed the women's title.

Reynolds paced a group that featured five in the top 40, finishing the race in 17:50.48. Competing in his first-career race, Duka was one of three Bulldogs to finish in the top 40 with a time of 27:11.0.
