Sullivan, Dolan lead the Bulldogs at Nassaney Invitational
SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University cross country teams competed in the 18th Annual Shawn M. Nassaney Memorial Race Saturday morning. Junior Jacklyn Sullivan (Plymouth, Mass.) and freshman Jason Dolan (Westford, Mass.) led the way for the Bulldogs as Sullivan finished 7th for the women and Dolan finished 19th overall for the men.
The Bulldog men finished ninth overall in the 8K out of 11 teams, while the women also took the ninth spot out of 12 teams in the 5K.

MEET NOTES
- Sullivan improved from the 2017 Nassaney Invitational by finishing amongst the top 10. She also improved her time by 0:42.
- Matt McGovern (Long Beach, N.Y.) also improved his time from last season's Invitational by one whole minute. This season he fell further behind in the overall rankings, but this year there were 39 more runners competing.
- Senior Robert McCabe (Marlborough, Mass.) improved by 0:36.
UP NEXT
The Bulldogs will head to New Britain on Saturday September 22nd for the Ted Owens Invitational. The race will be hosted by Central Connecticut State and is set to start at 11 a.m.
