As a senior: Finished his Bryant career strong in 2018-19.

Indoor –  Appeared in three meets during the indoor season competing in the 800m, mile, and 4x800 … Set a new personal-best in the mile with a time of 4:47.52 … Posted season-best time of 2:11.91 in the 800m … Helped the 4x800 relay team to a first-place finished at the URI Tribute to Bill Falk with a time of 8:45.17.

Outdoor – Ran middle-distance for the Bulldogs competing in the 800m and 1500m … Set a personal-best of 2:03.66 in the 800m … Posted a top time of 4:26.83 in the 1500m ... Named to the NEC Spring Academic Honor Roll. 

As a junior: Enjoyed a solid season in 2017-18.

Indoor - Competed in the 800m, 1000m, and mile. Posted best times at 2:07.50 in the 800m, 3:00.01 in the 1000m, and 4:49.59 in the mile.

Outdoor - Competed in the 800m, 1500m, and 3000m. Posted best times at 2:04.38 in the 800m, 4:26.26 in the 1500m, and 10:16.24 in the 3000m.

As a sophomore: Competed in the 800, 1000 and 1500 as a sophomore in 2016-17.

Indoor - Posted top times of 2:15.54 in the 800 and 2:44.04 in the 1000 ... Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.

Outdoor - Posted top times of 2:08.06 in the 800 and 4:28.80 in the 1500 ... Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.

Before Bryant: Two-year varsity letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Farmington High School ... Helped track and field team to co-championship in 2014.

Personal: The son of Joanne and Phillip Suita, Joseph Suita was born on May 30, 1997.
