As a freshman: NEC Rookie of the Year ... All-NEC Second Team ... NEC All-Rookie Team ... Five-time NEC Rookie of the Week ... Appeared in all 18 games in her freshman campaign, making 10 starts ... One of the best rookie seasons in program history, as she tallied the second-most goals (34) by a Bryant freshman ... Added three assists for 37 points, and the 34 goals led all league freshmen ... Scored a goal in 11 of the last 12 games after scoring in three of the first six ... Tallied five hat tricks and 10 multi-goal games ... Caused five turnovers, won five draw controls and picked up 18 ground balls ... Caged six goals at Mount St. Mary's on April 8, marking the second-most by a freshman in program history ... Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.
Before Bryant: A 2015 graduate of Mount Sinai High School, DeMeo was a three-year varsity letterwinner and starter for the Mustangs … Helped team to state titles in 2013 and 2015 … Mustangs won the division championship in 2014 … 2015 all-county selection … 2014 all-division selection and Unsung Hero Award … Principal’s Honor Roll student.
