Thank You, Bryant: Turner Davis

Bryant Athletics will feature "Thank You, Bryant" letters from senior student-athletes over the course of the next two weeks.

I always thought the people who told you "enjoy college while you're there, it'll be gone before you even know it" were crazy. They'd say it and I'd think to myself, that will be me someday, not any time soon though.

Well, here I am now, senior year at an end, wishing I had listened a little harder. With everything that is going on in the world, we as the class of 2020 have to recognize that it's not just us that are being affected, and we have to reflect on the good times we had while being on campus. Also, there are people and organizations that deserve thanks for getting us to this point.

I would like to extend thanks to President Machtley, since the first day our class stepped on campus, he welcomed us with open arms, and we are glad to be leaving with him. The athletics staff, my coaches, trainers, and all the others that support our teams on campus, your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed. Especially the Bryant Strength and Conditioning staff, many athletes including myself would not be where they are today without your tireless efforts.

Also, my friends and teammates. My college experience would not have been the same without you. It's tough to be in this position, but time moves on. I am confident all those I have come in contact with while being a student-athlete at Bryant will help me in my future and whatever it may hold.
