2006 Season Outlook: Mike will pitch out of a long relief role this season. He is an intelligent pitcher wil good command.

As a Sophomore: Made seven appearances out of the bullpen throwing 11 1/3 innings. Registered one save and a 0-1 record.

Before Bryant: Mike is a 2002 graduate of Chelmsford High School. Threw a "perfect game" in high school. MVC Conference all-star. Played his Freshman season in 2004 at UMass Lowell. Posted a 4-0 record for coach Ken Connerty.

Personal: Michael Alan Upton was born February 19, 1984. He is the son of Ann Upton. Mike is a Management major.
